Structural steel/scaffolding by ritu soni
Our wide range of steel scaffolding pipes are of superior quality which meet the international standard and guidelines. The pipes are made from high quality Hot Rolled Coils, making it highly erosion resistance. Scaffolding is a temporary framework used to support people and material in the construction or repair of buildings and other large structures. It is usually a modular system of metal pipes, although it can be made out of other materials.
Structural Steel Fabricating covers structural steel used in a variety of construction projects, including houses, multi-storey buildings, bridges and scaffolds. There is a global move towards building multi-level buildings with steel. There are a number of reasons that are driving this trend, including the low cost, fast construction time and advances in technology, this making steel both safer and more economical. Due to its high fire resistance, steel is also becoming popular in bushfire prone areas.
Scaffolding is a temporary platform, either supported from below or suspended from above, on which workers stand when performing tasks at heights above the ground. Construction jobs may require several kinds of scaffold to permit easy working procedures. Steel Scaffold may range from individual planks placed on structural members of the building to involved patent scaffolding. Scaffolding Pipes are widely used for supporting man and materials, tools and tackles during construction, alteration, demolition and maintenance works because of their several advantages over conventional type of timber / bamboo scaffolding.
Mainly Steel Scaffolding is used in construction work where the worker has to stand on heights. They are available in various specifications. The scaffolding pipes are used in the construction or repair of buildings for supporting the structure. Generally, made of hot dipped, galvanized steel, which offers long-term corrosion resistance, it won't rot, absorb moisture, split, splinter, swell, warp or burn, thereby providing considerable life-cycle cost savings. While weighing less than the average wood scaffold plank, steel scaffolding is stiffer over any given span, reducing bounce and providing a more stable platform. The scaffolding made of hot dipped galvanized steel offers long-term corrosion resistance. The steel scaffoldings absorb moisture, it will not split, splinter, swell, nor could be burnt. Due to all these positive properties, it provides considerable life-cycle cost savings. The steel scaffolding also weighs less than the traditional wood scaffold planks and also is stiffer which reduces bounce and provides a more stable platform.

Is my landlady breaking the law?
So, two weeks before christmas of 2009, one of my stove-top burners exploded. Seriously, it sent sparks 3 feet into the air! As of today (2/3/10) the stove is still broken; actually, there is another burner that doesn't work at all, one that has a warped coil, and one that takes 5 minutes to boil 2 cups of water. The landlady has made 4 visits to my apartment, to attempt to fix the stove, and 1 to remove the stove; all attempts have ended in failure. In failing to fix the stove, and refusing to call an electrician, is my landlady breaking the law? She's definitely violated my renter's contract...
Yes. She must maintain a livable condition. You need to write her a statement with a deadline describing the problem, when the problem started, and her failures at remeding the situation. You have the right to withold rent until the problem is fixed, and I would mail her your intentions to do just that.
