And kissing has never tranmitted HIV in the over 30 years of our experience with HIV as the mouth is a very hard place to contract HIV (it has a very hard time getting into the bloodstream via the mouth (and rarely is there ever enough quantity of virus (viral load) for it to cause infection even if it did. While statistically we can't say 100% no risk for kissing and never will be able to, the 30 years of epidemiological evidence lets us say with almost complete certainty that it won't happen. If it could happen, we would see HIV in many more people than we do now
