Setting Up Printer Driver to Default STENCILMARK by daniel
These were the setting details for making Stencilmark as default in Printer driver.
1. Insert disc and follow the installation instructions. Once the installation is complete
and youâve restarted your computer continue to the next step.
2. Open âPrinters and Faxesâ by clicking on the start button and selecting the Control Panel.
3. Single click on the Epson LQ-1 170 ESC/P2 printer driver.
4. Select File> Server Properties> âFormsâ tab
5. Check âCreate new form.â
6. Give your form a name, ex.: StencilMark 3x2.
7. Paper Size: Set width to stencil width inside glue lines. Width â 5 in., Height (Length) - 2.00 in., Left: 1.50 in. (only SM3000 imprinter), then click âSave Formâ. (Note: You need to add 2 inches to the width in order to have the stencil line up properly. So if your width is 3 inches you should enter 5 inches in the width box.)
8. Repeat steps until you have entered all the desired forms you need. Additional forms can be entered at any time.
9. Click âPortsâ tab and select the port your printer is connected to. It will usually be LPT1 or USB001. (Note: Not all USB ports are activated when you start your computer. Run a âTest Printâ from your print driver properties before calling for techsupport.)
10. If your imprinter does not respond you have a system problem unrelated to StencilMark TM. Consult your PC or Windows manual or contact your IT personnel.
11. If you have a disabled port consult your PC orWindows manual or contact your IT personnel.
12. Click âDriversâ tab. You should see a driver called Epson LQ-1170 ESC/P2. Click on this so it is highlighted.
13. Exit âPrinters and Faxesâ.
The Printer Driver set-up is now complete. I hope it would have been very helpful to all of us!

is it cheaper to buy or make cloths?
time isnt a promblem in this case i do not care how long it takes. im just wondering if it would cost more. when you buy material you usually by in bulk so it wouldnt just be used for one thing.and im extremely talented in sewing by hand or sewing machine. ik how to create and make many things, but im wondering if in the end it costs more? most materials you buy such as fabric paint stencils, glue, thread ect last for awhile so you dont have to rush out and buy more every day. so does anyone know the answer to this? because im quite sick of paying $50 for one pair of pants.
I've sewn for a long time, I do not buy fabric in bulk, I buy what I need for a particular item. It can be cheaper or it can cost more, it depends on what you are making and the type of fabric you choose
Dresses for example, I've made ones for as little as 5 or 6 dollars, cheaper fabric. then I've made ones that cost me $100 or more, expensive fabric.
