You know those little silica gel things that comes in boxes of electronics sometimes, the desired function is to absorb moisture and keep your valuables safe n dry.
What would it be made of ? How could it be made?

I remember many years ago our laboratory was equiped with a high humidity cabinet for some testing we were doing. The humidity was controlled by having saturated solutions of various salts in the cabinet and circulating the cabinet air over the saturated salt solution. If my memory is correct at 25°C a relative humidity of 95% was established in the cabinet by using Na2SO4 saturated solution. There was a list of rel humidities and salt solutions provided with the cabinet, but I cannot remember these.
So, if you want to store something in a high RH environment, have a saturated solution of some compound inside the container. Unhappily I am unable to advise you on exactly what salt to use for which RH.
