Is the Death Note manga in colour, or shades/black and white? Im looking at a colour version, but I'm sure my friend was reading B/W. If there is both, which is the original? Thanks in advance. 
there are both color and b/w, but the original is in black and white. the colored version is something thats most likely done after the publishing of the original. so in my opinion, and outside sources a.k.a my friends, the black and white version is the original.
