Fresh tattoo just got it 24 hours ago!?

I just got it on my wrist and have been using A&D for the past 24 hours, i bought some Ink Fixx tattoo lotion, can i start using it or should i keep using A&D for a little longer?

You should always go by the advice the tattoo artist gave you. Everyone is different. I was told to use A&D once the day I got the tattoo. 2-3 times the second and third days and after that only lotion but make sure it isn't fragranced. But I was also told because the tattoo was on my wrist I should wash it with antibacterial before applying the A&D but your tattoo artist may have given you different instructions.
