By black shader, I am assuming you mean black eye shadow? Eye shadow is to cover your eyelid, while eye liner is just for your lash line. Shading brushes can be used with eye shadow to get a contoured shape. You can also use a smudger brush to smudge eye liner to get a shaded look. Don't cover your eyelids in black eye shadow! You'll end up looking like a raccoon!
