In the project level we know the Black Belt, Green Belt, Master Black Belt, and Team Member. In the organizational level there is a champion and sponsor. We will discuss each in a separate article, now we will focus on the Black Belt. What are the qualities required to become a Black Belt that are reliable? Let us refer to the following:
1.Competent technical ability. A Black Belt does not have a graduate student majoring in engineering or statistics, but he has the ability to collect and transform data into information that can be understood by himself and the team. He also has the ability to analyze the data into a knowledge-to determine what improvement strategies are selected. Without such ability that a Black Belt would be trapped in the academic and theoretical nature.
2.Being able to see from the tower. A Black Belt really understand what he was doing. He has a good business knowledge and be able to see the relationship of the projects undertaken with the results desired by the organization. He was able to outline how the company's vision is derived from vision to strategy to the key performance indicators and determination of projects undertaken to meet these KPI
3.Orientation on results. Determination of the quality of a Black Belt is a tangible and measurable, not subjective. Although he is good at communicating, coordinating, preferably by the team and management but projects often fail, then he is not a Black belt that your organization expect.
4.Able to manage projects. Six Sigma means working on a project within a specified period. Black Belt should understand what the requirements, scope, resources, time constraints, and variance perspectives. Understand basic project management or experienced in running a project is an important capability to have.
5.Team player. As a playmaker in soccer. Black Belt is a regulator of attack and defense as well. Black Belt must have the ability in leading a team, be a part in it, and understand the dynamics and conflict management
6.Translating the customer desires. Black Belts understand how to communicate with customers and get the most critical customer needs. After that Black Belt is able to translate the customer's critical needs to be something measurable.
7.Communication skills. Quality results obtained from both yng acceptance of the idea of the proposed improvements. Good reception by all stakeholders is determined by the ability to communicate in "selling" the idea. Black Belt should be able to understand how she communicates with various levels within the organization. How to communicate and presentation techniques to the management is different from communicating with the shop floor.
8.Passion to always be better. Perfection is a process, not an end. For him there is always a way or a better system than that currently running. A Black Belt is a self-motivated, learners, and continue to upgrade themselves

Can a tattoo that is just a black outline be covered up with any color?
I have a large on my arm that is just the black outline, I did not let the artist finish because I was very unhappy with the outline. I have since been thinking of just covering it up with another tattoo, but I didn't know if since the outline is black, if another color like purple will easily cover it.
Very dark blues, purple and more black are often used to cover black when cover-up tattoos are done. What works best is if the new design takes into consideration the old outline, so that the new design actually works to camouflage the old lines and not just cover them over.
